Specifications

Once the offer has been written, and any conditions have been removed, before we begin your home, the selection process begins. At this point you will have the opportunity (if scheduling allows) to make any floor plan changes as well as any colour choices. While doing your selections, if there is something you would like installed in your home, just ask, and we will contact our suppliers for availability.

    Mechanical

         High efficiency gas fired forced air furnace with electronic ignition, 96% AFUE, two stage operation, ECM blower motor.
